Orders & Cancellations
Can I return or refund my order?
Refunds are available only for orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds due to hygiene considerations and the surprise-style nature of certain products.
If you experience an issue with your order, please get in touch with us at support@glamcrate.com so we can assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped. Once your order has been processed, packaged, or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address.
Email support@glamcrate.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We can update your address only if your package has not yet shipped. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Glam Crate is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Our estimated processing time is 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
As a small business, we appreciate your patience while we carefully prepare your order!
Lucky Scoops & Special Requests
What is a Lucky Scoop?
A Lucky Scoop is a fun surprise bundle filled with cute finds! Depending on the scoop, you may receive accessories, beauty items, kawaii stationery, and other adorable surprises.
Each scoop is carefully selected, making every unboxing a unique experience.
Can I request specific colors or items?
Absolutely! We welcome simple preferences, such as favorite colors or items you would prefer not to receive.
Please include your preferences in the order notes at checkout.
While we do our best to accommodate requests, preferences are not guaranteed.
Can I choose exactly what comes in my Lucky Scoop?
Lucky Scoops are designed to be a surprise, so individual items cannot be selected or guaranteed.
That's part of the fun — discovering what cute surprises are waiting inside your Glam Crate!
Are Lucky Scoops suitable for children?
Many of our items may be suitable for children. However, some products contain small parts and are not recommended for children under 3 years old.
Adult supervision is recommended.
If you're purchasing a scoop for a child, you may include their age and preferences in the order notes. We will do our best to select appropriate items, but specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
Live Scoops & Video Tickets
Can my Lucky Scoop be prepared during a live stream?
Yes! We offer live scooping upon request or when you purchase during one of our scheduled live streams.
Our Facebook/Tiktok Live schedule is:
Friday at 7 PM CT
Saturday at 7 PM CT
If you order during a live stream, return to the live chat so we can prepare your scoop while you're watching.
For orders placed outside live hours, simply leave a note at checkout saying "Please scoop my order on the next live."
If you're unable to attend the next live, we may prepare your scoop off-camera to avoid shipping delays.
When will my Lucky Scoop be prepared?
Your scoop may be prepared:
During the live stream if you order while watching.
At the next scheduled live if you request it.
During regular order processing if no live request is made.
Our standard processing time of 5–12 business days still applies.
What is a Lucky Video Ticket?
A Lucky Video Ticket is an optional add-on that allows us to record a dedicated video of your Lucky Scoop being prepared.
Your video may be shared on our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Please note:
Holiday Scoops are excluded from video tickets.
If we're unable to record or post your video, the video ticket fee will be refunded.
Live Scoop recordings are free and do not require a video ticket.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Separate orders are generally shipped individually due to differences in packaging, weight, and shipping costs.
In certain cases, we may combine orders placed close together at our discretion. Combined shipping is not guaranteed.
To submit a request, please email us with your order numbers.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
Checking your mailbox, porch, garage, and nearby delivery areas.
Asking household members or neighbors.
Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier.
Allowing up to 72 hours in case the carrier marked the package delivered early.
Once the carrier confirms delivery, Glam Crate generally cannot provide refunds or replacements for missing packages, except where required by applicable law.ions
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping.
However, if you're purchasing a gift for a birthday or special occasion, feel free to leave a note at checkout.
When available, we may include a small greeting card or special note to make your gift extra sweet!
Payments & Billing
Why do I see multiple charges on my card?
Multiple charges may appear due to temporary payment authorizations from your bank.
These pending authorizations typically disappear within 24–72 hours, depending on your financial institution.
Only one final payment should be collected for each successfully completed order. If you notice multiple completed charges, please contact us.
